The Holy Land is a space and place that captivates unceasing attention and has been an object of worship for over 2,000 years. It is sought after not only by pilgrims but also by travelers who understand the importance and value of this cultural symbol, existing amidst the enchanting landscapes of unforgettable scenery.

Before Bethlehem became one of the main tourist centers, it had to traverse a long path, and the history of its development preserves legends about the reign of King David and the birth of Jesus Christ. You will have the opportunity to witness firsthand the picturesque landscapes of its surroundings, framed by the contours of hills, and touch its sanctuaries.

Lovers of antiquities will have the chance to see enduring examples of ancient architecture and visit its main attractions: the Basilica of the Nativity and Manger Square.

The next destination on our excursion is the city of Jericho, which is one of the oldest in Palestinian lands. It is situated 260 meters below sea level. The prevalent and ancient biblical account tells of the city walls crumbling at the sound of the trumpets blown by the conquerors approaching Bethlehem. The martial sounds, known as the "Jericho trumpets," caused the city walls to collapse, which were older by 4,000 years than the most ancient Egyptian pyramids.

Jericho is no less than 10,000 years old and is considered the oldest continuously inhabited city. Excavations conducted in the area, which was one of the first places settled in Jericho, have revealed that the earliest structures here appeared no later than the 8th millennium BCE. Remains of a watchtower, city walls, and burial sites have been discovered. Ruins of King Herod's palace and the oldest synagogue from the Byzantine era have also been excavated.

When visiting sacred sites, it is strongly recommended to dress modestly, covering the shoulders and knees.

Please note that a non-Israeli passport is required for travel to Jericho and Bethlehem (Palestinian Authority). An additional fee of $15/60 shekels is charged for the cable car ascent to the Mount of Temptation.
