First destination:
Yokneam and the "Morad" winery.
This place is often called the "Israeli Switzerland" because of its breathtaking landscapes. It is located at the foot of Mount Carmel.
Have you ever tried wine made from chocolate or dates? How about wine made from vegetables and herbs? On our excursion, you will have the opportunity to do so. The doors of the "Morad" winery are always open to new guests. It is a family-owned business where the best recipes are passed down from generation to generation.
In these parts, there is always an excellent harvest that experienced winemakers transform into stunning kosher liqueurs and wines, often enjoyed by the religious population of Israel.
Second destination:
Kiryat Tivon and the "Mishi" chocolate boutique.
You will enter the realm of chocolate at the "Mishi" chocolate kingdom, which its owner opened almost 40 years ago. Prior to that, he worked in the finest restaurants in Israel and Switzerland, learning the secrets of producing and preparing sweet dishes. But then he opened his own small confectionery, which has grown into a successful production facility.
Michael collaborates with suppliers from Belgium, Germany, France, and Denmark, who bring the best products for his chocolate boutique. Currently, he produces over 50 different types of chocolate creations.
It's definitely worth a try, isn't it?
Third destination:
Beit Lehem HaGlilit and "Havat HaTavlinim."
Combining an interesting tour about the life of the Templars (not to be confused with the Knights Templar) on Israeli land with exploring new flavors will be a breeze! The village of Beit Lehem HaGlilit has a rich history. It received its name upon the establishment of the State of Israel (1948), but it was founded on this land much earlier.
There will be plenty of dried fruits, aromatic spices (by the way, local spices and herbs are considered the best in the country), honey, and various teas.
Fourth destination:
Beit Bad Galil.
In Israel, there are many places that preserve traditions in various food preparations. You will witness the process of olive oil production and taste delicious cheeses, as well as have the opportunity to purchase your favorite products. And, of course, you will try the best samples during the tasting.
Fifth destination:
Aloney Abba - "home forest"
The settlement gets its name from the nearby oak grove. "Alon" translates to oak from Hebrew, and the word "abba" means father. However, the name originated from a specific individual.
In the 1950s, members of the "Maavak" organization lived there. One of its members, Abba Berdichev, was executed by the Nazis during World War II. His comrades decided to immortalize his name, thus giving the settlement this dual name.
It is worth seeing the preserved German houses and the old church with its unusual weather vane.
Yaarat-Advash - a sweet conclusion to the journey.
Israel is famous for its exquisite honey. The final stop on our tasty excursion is Yaarat-Advash, where you will sample honey from Israel and Batia. They have their own farm, which you will have the opportunity to explore.

Attractions
Alonei Aba Reserve
The reserve is located near Alonei Aba, the moshav that gave it its name. The moshav stands on lands that once belonged to the Templars. There was a huge oak forest here. It filled the space between Hadera and Caesarea on one side and Tivon and Natzeret on the other. Only 950 dunams (1 dunam equals 1 square kilometer; this is the unit of measurement used in Israel) remained of it.
The forest was not an easy one: relict Tavor oaks grew in it. The fact that some of them have survived is entirely the merit of the Templars. They were the ones who in World War I stubbornly defended the forest from the Turks, who were going to cut it down.
In addition to the Tavor oaks, in Alonei Aba you can admire Atlantic and Mediterranean trees - pistachio and carob, scarlet (known as the Judah tree) and styrax (therapeutic birch).
Spices and medicinal herbs have been grown here for almost half a century. The Ziterspieler family - even a dynasty, one might say - has been doing this for almost half a century. On this farm they know everything about the plants. How they grow, how to harvest them, how to combine and store them, how to use them - all these details are thoroughly known to the head of the family, Avi. He absorbed the knowledge he received from his elders from childhood. And when he grew up, he decided to devote his life to this business and went to study. He graduated from the University Faculty of Agriculture and returned to the farm armed with new knowledge.
Today, herbs and spices from here are sold in stores owned by Avi, not only in Israel, but also abroad. At the farm, the owner welcomes visitors: tourists and people who sell these gifts of nature. Here you can listen to a lecture or participate in one of the workshops. And of course, you can buy some fragrant souvenirs.
Beit Lehem Haglilit
This settlement is just over a century old. In 1906 it was founded by the Templers, representatives of an independent German religious organization that had split from the Lutheran Church in the mid-19th century. In the Alonei Tabor forest they built a village in German traditions, where they engaged in agriculture. Beit Lehem of Galilee became one of such settlements that sprang up throughout the country at that time.
