The tour begins and ends in the city of Tbilisi.
You will walk along Rustaveli Avenue, framed by hundred-year-old plane trees, where you will hear the history of ancient buildings and stories about their inhabitants. You will walk along the street where A.S. once lived. Pushkin, and Baratashvili Street, on which the remains of an ancient fortress wall are preserved. You will see the Anchiskhati temple — Church of the Nativity of the Virgin Mary, the oldest surviving church in Tbilisi. Along the narrow streets of the Old Town you will come to the Bridge of Peace, and then visit a 17th century wine cellar, where you can taste and, if desired, purchase Georgian wine. In the Sulfur Baths area, I will tell you about the origins of the history of the city, and the end of the sightseeing tour of Tbilisi will be a visit to the waterfall in the Fig Gorge.
