Here, you can find all the animals mentioned, even fleetingly, in the Old Testament. The Biblical Zoo is located in a valley near Jerusalem and is worth spending time in. It feels as though time has stood still here, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, reminding us of the eternal truths that hold special significance amidst the peaceful and measured life of the animal world.
The zoo is home to over 200 species of animals, which have fully adapted to the climate of Israel during their stay in this shady and cool oasis. The zoo is divided into two sections, each offering activities and entertainment to suit different preferences. The enchanting atmosphere is enhanced by shaded and cool pathways that lead through labyrinths to clearings, lakes, or even unexpected waterfalls.

The luxurious kingdom of flowers, spread over an area of 7 hectares, was founded almost four decades ago, in 1981. The garden has a huge collection of flowers - almost 400 species. If you are looking for coziness, go to the section dedicated to Japan. But be sure to check out the Garden of Nations as well. Here are planted flowers that have come to Israel from many different parts of the world - they were donated by the governments of friendly countries.
