Terms of payment
At the time of confirmation of the order, an irrevocable deposit of $/ € 200 is paid, consisting of a deposit in the amount of $/ € 50 for a participant in paying airline tickets and $/ € 150 for a participant to pay hotels abroad. This deposit is not returned under any circumstances of the cancellation of a spa, even if insurance was purchased. The final calculation is made no later than 45 days before departure.
Cancellation Conditions
when canceling the order 45 days before departure, the penalty will be $/€ 200 per person, including $/€ 50 in paying for air tickets and $/€ 150 as paying for the hotel abroad; airlines and $/€ 550 as paying for hotels abroad;
when canceling the order less than 21 days before departure, the penalty for cancellation will be 100% of the order of the order.
What's included
spa package includes:
- flights, the cost of which is 20% of the total cost of a spa (if not indicated otherwise).
- another part of the services, which is 80% of the cost of the tour (if not indicated otherwise), is provided exclusively abroad. The consumer protection law does not apply to services of this type.
