During our trip to Sedlec we will stop near the Cathedral of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary and John the Baptist. The Cathedral of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary and St. John the Baptist in Sedlec near Kutna Hora is a unique UNESCO monument and the convent church of the former oldest abbey of the Cistercian order in the Czech Republic (founded in 1142). The cathedral, together with the ossuary, is the oldest part of Kutná Hora.
