We leave the city in a great mood, the road will take us through the Ararat Valley. From the Ararat plain a majestic panorama opens up, Greater Ararat, which the Armenians call Masis.  Like two dumb brothers, they stand guard, guarding the plain and its cities. According to Armenian legend, when the whole world was flooded with water, Noah's Ark moored to the slopes of these giants.

In the region, there are also many mineral springs, including the famous Jermuk.
ARENI CAVE
Simply a unique place.  Areni Cave – where the oldest leather shoes size 36 and  winery were found.
NORAVANK MONASTERY 
The beautiful Noravank Monastery, where the face of Jesus Christ is hidden, the true spirit of Armenia is the incredibly beautiful area of Vayots Dzor picturesque red mountains. The pearl of Armenian religious architecture.

Noravank is an Armenian monastery complex built in the XIII-XIV, 122 km from Yerevan, on the ledge of a narrow winding gorge of a tributary of the Arpa River near the village of Areni. The gorge is famous for the steep red rocks that rise behind the monastery, on the territory of which there is a two-story church of St. Astvatsatsin with narrow cantilever staircases.
