Our adventure begins in the Old Town and promises an exciting immersion in the festive atmosphere, combining the spirit of Christmas with historical and cultural attractions.
The first steps on this  excursion will take us through the winding streets of the Old Town , where we will meet Jerusalem Santa Claus and visit his ancient mansion, immersed in the atmosphere of the magic of Christmas.
Next stop — Church of the Holy Sepulcher. Here we will walk along the Way of the Cross and plunge into the atmosphere of ancient traditions and the sacredness of this place.
We will continue our path through the new city, heading to the Russian Compound. Here we will meet with the atmosphere of a real Christmas market and theBig New Year Tree, shrouded in festive splendor, on the territory of theSergievsky Metochion. 
The excursion will continue with a tour ofHoly -Trinity Cathedral, where you can enjoy its beauty and grandeur.
We will complete our journey  in Ein Karem  with a visit to the Gornensky Monastery, where you You will be able to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and end the day filled with the magic of Christmas.

Conditions for order cancellation:
If a tourist cancels an excursion in less than 3 days – penalty 100%, if "No Departure Insurance" is purchased.
Money is returned only if "No Departure Insurance" is available.

  • People who are late and do not go on the excursion will not receive a refund.
  • Requests for excursions for children under 5 years old are not accepted.
  • Responsibility for having an individual insurance policy falls on the tourist.

  • Tourists may wait up to 30 minutes for the bus.
  • Minor changes to the route are possible.
  • The company reserves the right to change the departure time for the excursion, which is communicated to the tourist the day before.

  • Boarding and disembarking  carried out only in designated places.
  • Visiting holy places is permitted only in modest clothing (shoulders and knees covered, headscarf for women).
  • The excursion begins after a sanitary stop, and before that there is a transfer before the start of the excursion.

Attractions

Church of the Holy Sepulchre

Church of the Holy Sepulcher (Church of the Resurrection) - the main shrine and place of pilgrimage for all Christians around the world.  It is the place of the convergence of the Holy Fire, were Jesus Christ was crucified,  buried and resurrected. 

Gornensky convent in Jerusalem (Ein Karem)

Four kilometers from Jerusalem in Ein Karem is the Gornensky Convent - one of the most visited tourist attractions.
It is believed that the monastery was built on the spot where the Virgin brought the message to the mother of St. John the Baptist about the upcoming birth of Christ. A source is visible near the monastery - from it the Mother of God gathered water.
The main church in the monastery is the Kazan Church - here is the famous Kazan icon of the Virgin. Near the church lies a stone - it is believed that John the Baptist read sermons, sitting on it.
There is a church shop in the monastery where every tourist can buy something interesting as a keepsake.
The territory of the monastery is neat and tidy: there are many plants and flowers, paths and benches. This is a place where it is cozy and calm, a place where everyone can relax their souls from everyday fuss.

Golgotha

In Jerusalem there is the Church of the Holy Sepulcher revered by all Christians. The part  of that churrch is one of the most important shrines of the Christian world - Golgotha or Calvary ​​(the mountain on which Jesus was crucified).
To the right of the main entrance to the Temple there are steps - you can follow them to Calvary. This holy place is surrounded by candles and lamps. Under the altar of the Orthodox chapel, located on Calvary, there is a deepening marked by a silver circle. If you put down your hand, you can touch the place where  stood the cross, on which Jesus was crucified.
Believers from different countries come to Jerusalem to visit the most important attraction - the Church of the Holy Sepulcher and touch Golgotha.

Ein Karem

One of the districts of Jerusalem, located on the outskirts of the city, is Ein Karem. This area consists of hills densely covered with vegetation, on which temples and monasteries are located.  In Ein Karem  John the Baptist was born.
In Ein Karem, a source holy to Christians beats, from which, according to legend, the Virgin Mary drank water (therefore, the source was named after her). On the territory of the Russian convent there is a stone, sitting on which, John the Baptist himself read sermons.
Ein Karem is a favorite place for tourists and residents of Jerusalem, because it is interesting both from a historical point of view and from a vacation point of view. Today, there are several restaurants in the Jerusalem area that serve a variety of local dishes.
A tour of the western outskirts of the city of Jerusalem will allow you to touch the history and enjoy the magnificent views from the hilly area.

Russian suburbs, Jerusalem

This neighborhood was built at the end of the XIX century. It was one of the first in the new part of the Israeli capital. It was founded at the command of the then Russian Emperor Alexander II.

The palace was a representation of the Russian Empire in the Holy Land. Russians on pilgrimage stayed here. For them built a hotel, a hospital, a cathedral dedicated to the Trinity. The consulate was also located here.

Today tourists - from all over the world, but especially, of course, from Russia - come here to admire the Holy Trinity Church. It is famous for its two icons - St. Nicholas the Wonderworker and the Annunciation.

Diplomatic traditions are also unchanged. The Consulate of the Russian Federation is still located here.

Holy Trinity Cathedral

The Holy Trinity Cathedral is the main church of the Russian Theological Mission in Jerusalem and belongs to the Russian Orthodox Church.
The one-domed Holy Trinity Cathedral at the Russian Theological Mission was built in the center of the Russian suburbs at the expense of the people of the Russian Empire.
Holy Trinity Cathedral is a Neo-Byzantine style temple of pinkish cream stone with 10 green domes of Tula casting, which soon became a recognizable landmark of Jerusalem.

Jerusalem

Jerusalem is not only the capital of modern Israel, but also a city which, for many centuries, has been the "center of the world" for Jews, Christians and Muslims.

No other city on the planet can  compare with it, because only Jerusalem has such a rich spiritual and historical attraction.
